>Where's
my head at?<
The internet gives us lucky self-indulgent types many opportunities
to show off and prop up our manufactured personalities. Consequently
here is a whole array online places you can find me.
Friendster
Is a bit rubbish really, isn't it? I don't know how I ended up on here but it
has been a slippery slope every since. I can certainly say I have not made
a single friend since getting a profile but I have lost a few
MySpace
The only thing more crap than Friendster but at least they give
direct profile links. Now that it's MurdochSpace I wish I'd
never joined but I haven't found a way of convincing everyone
to move the scene into a different cybercitadel.
LiveJournal
OK LJ is a whole other class of webwank. The punk/hc use of
LJ is a bit underdeveloped at the moment but it has potential
and the benefits include well-organised networking ('friending')
and the option of comment/discussion in addition to all the
cool LJ specific html and stuff.
